I reckon knowing the client&#039;s business and act based on it is a weak point in many agencies, perhaps not so much for planners, but for the agency as a whole...  I guess my point is that getting juice out of creatives once you find what the strategy should be (based on the points you highlighted)  is an arduous task (unless it&#039;s something that reinforces previous notions of what the client is all about). Any advice on that?</description>
